CAPABILITIES

Software designed around the operation.

We study how the business actually runs, define the system that fits it, and build the software around the workflow. Six capabilities, delivered as one engagement rather than six separate projects.

Start with discovery
HOW THE WORK IS SCOPED

Study the operation. Define the system. Build around the workflow.

Most software disappoints because it was specified from a feature list rather than from the way work moves through an organization. We start on the other end: the roles, the handoffs, the exceptions, and the decisions that have to stay with a person. The system follows from that.

  1. 01
    Discover

We map the operation, users, bottlenecks, business rules, risks, integrations, and the measurable goals the software has to serve.

  2. 02
    Architect

We define the product structure, data model, roles, permissions, integration boundaries, and security posture before development begins.

  3. 03
    Design

We design the interface and the workflow together—responsive from the start, for the office, the field, and the customer.

Custom Software Development

Technology designed around your operation—not the other way around.

We turn complex workflows into secure, intuitive applications built for the people who actually use them. From internal operations systems to client-facing products, every decision starts with the business problem rather than the feature list.

Where it applies

  • Work happens in spreadsheets that only one person understands.
  • Off-the-shelf software forces the team into a process that does not match the business.
  • Information is re-keyed between tools, and the re-keying is where errors enter.
  • Nobody can answer a basic operational question without asking three people.

What we build

  • Operations systems for intake, scheduling, and fulfilment
  • Client and staff portals with role-scoped records
  • Internal admin tools that replace spreadsheet workflows
  • Customer-facing products built on a shared operational core
  • Reporting surfaces built from the system of record

What changes

  • One system of record instead of several partial ones
  • Process encoded in software rather than in individual memory
  • Onboarding that takes days instead of months
  • Operational questions answered without a manual audit
  • Operations platform
  • Legacy replacement
  • Internal tooling
  • Client-facing product

AI-Powered Systems

Proven AI models, integrated into the workflows that already run the business.

We integrate proven AI models with your business data, software, and workflows to create assistants, agents, document-processing tools, and decision support—with human oversight where it matters. Every build starts from a defined use case, the permissions it needs, and the review step that keeps a person accountable for consequential decisions.

    • Escalation

Where it applies

  • Staff spend hours reading, summarizing, and re-typing the same categories of document.
  • The answer to a routine question exists in company material nobody can find quickly.
  • Inbound enquiries arrive faster than anyone can qualify and route them.
  • AI pilots produce impressive demonstrations that never touch the real workflow.

What we build

  • Website, client, and internal assistants grounded in approved material
  • Tool-enabled agents that act inside defined permissions
  • Document classification, extraction, and summarization pipelines
  • Retrieval systems over policies, procedures, and product information
  • Structured drafting and report generation with a review step

What changes

  • Routine reading and re-typing removed from skilled roles
  • Institutional knowledge that stays reachable when people are unavailable
  • Consistent handling of high-volume, low-variation work
  • A reviewable trail behind every action the system takes

Mobile Applications

Fast, focused experiences for customers and field teams.

We create mobile experiences for iOS, Android, and the web—from customer booking and communication to field operations, documentation, and real-time status. The mobile app is designed as a view onto the same system the office uses, not a separate product that has to be reconciled later.

In the field

  • Job and visit workflows
  • Evidence and photo capture
  • Offline-aware entry
  • Signature and completion

For the customer

  • Booking and requests
  • Live status
  • Documents and history
  • Direct messaging

For the office

  • Assignment and dispatch
  • Exception queues
  • Approval steps
  • Operational reporting

Across the build

  • iOS, Android, and web
  • Shared design system
  • Role-based access
  • Store release process

Where it applies

  • Field teams capture work on paper and someone re-enters it that evening.
  • Customers call the office for status that the system already knows.
  • Crews lose access the moment they leave reliable coverage.
  • The mobile experience is a shrunken desktop screen nobody wants to use.

What we build

  • Field applications for jobs, visits, inspections, and evidence capture
  • Customer applications for booking, status, documents, and messaging
  • Offline-aware workflows that reconcile when connectivity returns
  • Role-aware navigation so each user sees only their work
  • Push notification and status flows tied to real system events

What changes

  • Work captured once, at the point it happens
  • Fewer status calls into the office
  • Field and office looking at the same record at the same time
  • Documentation completed on site rather than reconstructed later
  • Field operations app
  • Customer app
  • Cross-platform build
  • Existing app modernization

Workflow Automation

Deterministic business workflows, orchestrated end to end.

We automate the deterministic parts of an operation: routing, approvals, notifications, scheduling, document movement, data synchronization, and the orchestration between the tools you already run. These are rule-driven workflows with defined inputs and predictable outputs—the work that should never have depended on someone remembering to do it.

Manual today

  1. Request arrives in a shared inbox
  2. Someone notices it and forwards it on
  3. Approver is chased over messages
  4. Record is copied into a second system
  5. Status is answered by asking around

Orchestrated with control

  1. Request is captured and classified on arrival
  2. Business rules route it to the right role
  3. Approval is requested, tracked, and escalated
  4. Systems synchronize from one authoritative record
  5. Status is visible without asking anyone

Where it applies

  • A request sits untouched because the handoff depends on someone noticing an email.
  • Approvals are chased manually and nobody can say where a request currently is.
  • The same record is maintained by hand in two systems that disagree by Friday.
  • Reporting is assembled by exporting spreadsheets and joining them by hand.

What we build

  • Intake routing based on business rules rather than inbox habits
  • Multi-step approval chains with escalation and audit trail
  • Scheduled and event-driven notifications to the right role
  • Document generation, routing, and filing
  • Data synchronization between operational systems
  • Recurring report assembly and distribution

What changes

  • Handoffs that happen on a rule rather than a reminder
  • A visible, current answer to where any request stands
  • Systems that agree because one of them is authoritative
  • Time returned to the people who were doing the routing by hand
  • Process orchestration
  • Approval workflow
  • System synchronization
  • Reporting automation

Enterprise Platforms

Multi-role systems designed for scale, visibility, and control.

We engineer platforms with administrators, staff, customers, locations, permissions, audit trails, dashboards, and operational controls in one coherent environment. The architecture is settled before development accelerates, because roles and data boundaries are the decisions that become expensive to change later.

  1. 01Identity
  2. 02Role resolution
  3. 03Permission boundary
  4. 04Workflow
  5. 05Audit trail
  6. 06Reporting

Where it applies

  • Every new location or role means another workaround bolted onto the system.
  • Permissions are approximated, so people see records they should not.
  • There is no reliable audit trail when a decision is questioned.
  • Central leadership cannot compare locations without manual consolidation.

What we build

  • Role and permission models that match the real organization
  • Multi-location and multi-tenant data boundaries
  • Administrative controls, configuration, and user lifecycle
  • Audit trails over consequential actions
  • Operational dashboards built from live system data
  • Scalable architecture with defined integration boundaries

What changes

  • New roles and locations added by configuration, not by rebuild
  • Access that reflects the organization chart
  • Answerable history behind consequential actions
  • Comparable operational visibility across the business
  • Multi-role platform
  • Multi-location rollout
  • Access-control redesign
  • Platform re-architecture

Systems Integration

One connected operation instead of disconnected software.

We connect payment platforms, CRMs, communication tools, data providers, scheduling systems, and approved third-party services through reliable APIs and controlled data flows. Integration work is judged on what happens when a call fails, a record conflicts, or a vendor changes an endpoint—so that is what we design for first.

System of record

  • Payments
  • CRM
  • Communications
  • Scheduling
  • Documents
  • Data providers

Where it applies

  • Each tool holds part of the truth and none of them agree.
  • An integration silently stops working and nobody finds out for a week.
  • Migration is treated as an export rather than a mapping problem.
  • Vendor limits and rate ceilings are discovered in production.

What we build

  • API integrations with retry, backoff, and failure visibility
  • Payment and billing platform connections
  • CRM and marketing platform synchronization
  • Communication, calendar, and document service integration
  • Data migration mapping, validation, and cutover planning

What changes

  • One authoritative record instead of several partial ones
  • Integration failures that surface immediately rather than silently
  • Migrations planned against real data, not an idealized schema
  • Vendor boundaries documented before they become incidents
  • Systems integration
  • Payments connection
  • CRM synchronization
  • Data migration

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

Scope discipline is part of the service.

Being specific about what belongs in a build is what keeps the budget attached to the outcome.

We do not over-engineer

If an integration or an existing product solves the problem well, we say so. Custom work should be reserved for the parts that are genuinely specific to your operation.

We do not quantify outcomes in advance

We describe what a system will do and how it will be validated. Performance figures belong to a running system with real data, not to a proposal.

We do not skip architecture

Data model, roles, permissions, and integration boundaries are settled before development accelerates, because those are the decisions that become expensive to reverse.

We do not hand over a black box

Documentation, operational visibility, and a maintainable codebase are part of the deliverable, not an upgrade.

WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT COSTS

Custom engagements generally begin at $25,000.

That is a starting point, not a price list. What a system actually costs depends on how many roles it serves, how many existing systems it has to talk to, and how much regulatory surface it touches — multi-role, regulated, or integration-heavy platforms typically require more. We will tell you which of those apply to your case before you commit to anything.

If you want to work with us at a smaller, fixed price first, a Revenue Leak Audit is $2,500 flat and applies software we already own to records you agree to share.

HAVE A COMPLEX REQUIREMENT?

Let’s turn it into a clear system.

Bring the workflow, the bottleneck, or the platform you need to replace. We will help determine what should be built, what should be integrated, and what should be left alone.
