01Scope of this draft
This notice describes how information submitted through the Logic Current website is intended to be handled. It covers the project inquiry form, the Founding Client Audit application, and ordinary web server operation. It does not yet describe analytics, advertising, customer relationship tooling, or email delivery, because those providers have not been selected.
02Information collected through the project form
The project inquiry form is designed to collect business contact details and a description of the project: name, work email, optional phone number, company, optional company website, project type, estimated investment range, desired timeline, a written summary, and an explicit consent confirmation. The form is intended for business project inquiries only.
03Information the page records with a submission
Alongside what you type, a submission records the path of the page you submitted it from, the referring address where your browser provides one, any campaign parameters present in the link you followed, the time the page loaded and the time you submitted it as reported by your own device, a server-side timestamp, and the exact wording of the consent you confirmed. No profile is built across pages or visits: nothing is stored in your browser, so a submission carries only what the page it was submitted from could see.
04The Founding Client Audit application
The separate Founding Client Audit application collects the same contact details plus the shape of the business being assessed: industry, approximate annual revenue range, contract and invoice volumes, the billing and accounting systems in use, whether records are exportable, the analysis period, and currencies billed in. It collects no financial records and accepts no file of any kind. Business records should not be sent until Logic Current provides secure intake instructions separately.
05Information you should not submit
Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, health or medical records, financial account numbers, payment card details, passwords or credentials, or other sensitive personal information through the general project inquiry form. If a project requires discussing sensitive material, that should happen under a separate agreement through an appropriate channel.
06How inquiry information is used
Information submitted through the form is intended to be used to evaluate project fit, prepare for a consultation, and respond to the inquiry. It is not intended to be sold, and it is not intended to be used for unrelated marketing.
07Delivery and service providers
The website has two independent ways to hand on an inquiry. It can notify a person — by email through a transactional email provider, or by forwarding the inquiry to a customer relationship or automation platform. It can also record the inquiry as a lead in Logic Current's own platform, over an authenticated server-to-server request that your browser does not make and cannot see. Until at least one of those is configured, the form does not deliver inquiries in production and says so rather than accepting them. Once a third-party provider is selected, this notice must be updated to name the category of provider and describe the data shared with it.
08What you are not sent
No confirmation email is sent to you when you submit either form, and neither form subscribes you to anything. A reply comes from a person, to the address you gave.
09Retention
A retention period has not been set. Counsel and the business should agree how long inquiry records are kept, where they are stored, and how deletion requests are handled. That decision belongs in the final notice rather than in this draft.
10Cookies and browser storage
The website does not currently load an analytics or advertising provider, and it stores nothing in your browser: no cookie is set, and nothing is written to local or session storage, including a partly completed form. If an analytics provider is ever added, this notice must be updated before it goes live, and any consent requirements applicable to the audience must be addressed at the same time.
11Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a set of standard security response headers, and inquiry handling is designed to fail closed rather than deliver silently when no provider is configured. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and this draft makes no security or compliance guarantee.
12Your choices
You may decline to submit an inquiry. If you have submitted one and want it removed, contact Logic Current through the project form and identify the submission. A durable contact channel for privacy requests must be established before publication.
13Contact for privacy questions
Privacy questions, access requests, and deletion requests should be sent to info@logic-current.com, a monitored business inbox. Automated messages from this website are sent from a no-reply address that is not monitored and should not be used for correspondence.
14Before publication
This draft must be reviewed by qualified counsel and completed with the finalized legal entity, business address, contact channel, service providers, retention periods, applicable jurisdictional rights, and an effective date.
