Tell us what the business needs to become.

Share the operational problem, platform idea, workflow, or existing system you need to improve. We use what you send to determine fit and to prepare for a focused conversation—not to add you to a mailing list.

  1. 01
    Inquiry review

We read what you send against project type, operational fit, and the investment range you have in mind.

  2. 02
    Introductory conversation

A focused discussion about the operation: users, workflows, constraints, existing systems, and what success would look like.

  3. 03
    Paid discovery

Where the build is complex, we start with requirements, workflow mapping, and architecture as a defined engagement with its own deliverable.

  4. 04
    Scope and architecture

Data model, roles, permissions, integration boundaries, and phasing are documented before development is scheduled.

  5. 05
    Proposal and development plan

A written plan covering scope, sequence, delivery phases, and what is explicitly out of scope for the first release.

Here for the Revenue Leak Audit?

Apply on its own page instead — the questions there are the ones that decide whether the audit suits your records. Apply for a Founding Client Audit. $2,500 flat, and the fee is not contingent on what the audit finds.

Typical project investment

Custom engagements generally begin at $25,000. Larger multi-role, regulated, or integration-heavy platforms may require substantially more. A Revenue Leak Audit is a different kind of engagement at a published $2,500.

What helps us evaluate

How the process runs today, who is involved, where it stalls, which systems are already in place, and what has to be true for the project to be worth doing.

Include https:// at the start.

At least 30 characters. How the process runs today is more useful to us than a feature list.

Qualified projects generally begin with a paid discovery and architecture phase.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

Questions worth settling first.

A short answer to each of these usually saves a round of conversation and makes the first call considerably more useful.

What size of project do you take on?

Custom engagements generally begin around $25,000. Multi-role, regulated, or integration-heavy platforms typically require more. If the requirement is smaller than that, we will usually tell you that configuring an existing product is the better commercial decision.

We are not sure whether we need custom software.

That is a reasonable place to start, and it is a question worth answering properly before anyone quotes a build. Send the workflow that is causing friction and we will help you work out whether the answer is custom, configuration, or integration.

Do we need to have requirements written already?

No. Most organizations arrive with a problem rather than a specification, and defining the requirement is part of the work. A description of how the process runs today is more useful to us than a feature list.

Can you work with the systems we already run?

Usually. Integration with payment platforms, CRMs, communication tools, scheduling systems, and internal APIs is a core part of what we do. Knowing which systems are non-negotiable helps us scope realistically.

How do you handle AI in a regulated workflow?

The system assists, prepares, and organizes; a qualified person decides. We define the review threshold and the escalation path during architecture, and we do not make accuracy guarantees or compliance claims.

What happens to the information we send?

It is used to evaluate fit and prepare for a consultation. Please keep the summary at a business level and do not send credentials, health records, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information through this form.
