Logic CurrentSoftwarethat thinks.

We build software that fits the way your business already works — instead of making your team work the way generic software expects. Custom systems, AI that does a specific job, mobile applications, and the platforms that run an operation.

POSITIONING

Businesses should not have to reshape themselves around generic software.

Logic Current engineers systems around the users, rules, workflows, and outcomes that make an organization distinct. We work with businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and platforms that were never designed for how they operate.

OUR OWN SOFTWARE

We build to order. We also own software you can put to work now.

Custom engagements are most of what we do. Revenue Intelligence is the exception: software we designed, built, and run ourselves, entered through a defined engagement rather than a signup.

Founding pilot. Not generally available. Access begins with a Revenue Leak Audit engagement rather than a signup.

Revenue Intelligence

Software that reconciles what a business agreed to, what it delivered, and what it actually billed — and shows where those three stop matching.

  1. Agree exactly which exported records are in scope, and which are not
  2. Reconcile contracts, approved work, change orders, pricing terms and invoices against each other
  3. Separate supported discrepancies from questions that need a person to answer
  4. Attach the underlying records to each finding as evidence
FOUNDING CLIENT PILOT

$2,500 flat. First five qualified businesses.

A Revenue Leak Audit examines exported business records you agree to share — contracts, approved work, change orders, pricing terms and invoices — and reconciles them against each other to surface supported discrepancies, with evidence, stated confidence, and an explicit list of what the records could not show.

The fee is flat and is not contingent on what the audit finds. It is an examination, not a recovery service: nothing is collected, corrected, or invoiced on your behalf, and no amount is promised.

THE INTELLIGENCE LAYER

AI with a job to do.

We integrate proven AI models with business data, software, and workflows to create assistants, agents, document-processing tools, and intelligent automation—with human oversight where it matters. The starting point is always a decision, document, or repetitive task that is costing the operation real time.

A design pattern, not a live system. Logic Current builds on established, commercially available models and does not publish customer data or model performance figures.

Permissions

Agents receive only the access required for the approved task.

Observability

Actions, decisions, failures, and escalations stay reviewable.

Human review

High-impact decisions can be paused, confirmed, or corrected.

Data boundaries

Sensitive information is scoped during architecture, not after.

SYSTEM BLUEPRINTS

How we think about a system before we build one.

Three representative architectures — the shapes of the systems we design, not case studies. Client names, screenshots, and measured outcomes are published only with verified information and written permission, so none appear here.

INDUSTRIES

Six operations we already understand.

Multi-step workflows, several roles, field activity, sensitive information — the patterns that off-the-shelf tools handle badly. Find the one that looks like yours.

HOW WE BUILD

A disciplined path from problem to platform.

Large software investments need clarity. Our process reduces uncertainty early, validates the right things, and keeps decisions visible from discovery through launch.

01

Discover

We map the operation, users, bottlenecks, business rules, risks, integrations, and the measurable goals the software has to serve.

02

Architect

We define the product structure, data model, roles, permissions, integration boundaries, and security posture before development begins.

03

Design

We design the interface and the workflow together—responsive from the start, for the office, the field, and the customer.

04

Build

We engineer in controlled phases with visible progress, reviewable scope, and decisions documented as the system takes shape.

05

Validate

We test critical paths, permissions, responsive behavior, performance, and failure cases against the requirements we agreed on.

06

Launch & Evolve

We release, monitor, support, and extend the platform as the operation grows and the requirements change.

WHY LOGIC CURRENT

Built around the operation, not a template.

Logic Current combines business analysis, product design, and software engineering to create systems that fit how teams actually work.

01

Designed around the business

We begin with how the organization already works—its roles, rules, and exceptions—then build software that improves that operation instead of replacing it with a generic process.

02

Business and technical thinking together

Requirements, architecture, and interface decisions happen in one conversation, so the build reflects the commercial goal.

03

Architecture before development

Data model, roles, permissions, and integration boundaries are settled early—before code makes them expensive to change.

04

Built for the office and the field

Responsive, role-aware systems that work on a desk, in a vehicle, and on a job site without becoming a second workflow.

05

Security-conscious development

Identity, access control, data boundaries, and logging are treated as architecture and reviewed as part of delivery.

06

Support and evolution

We stay with the platform after launch—monitoring, maintaining, and extending it as the operation changes.

START HERE

Your business should not have to adapt to its software.

Logic Current designs software around the operation, the users, and the outcomes the business needs. Bring us the workflow, bottleneck, idea, or platform you need to replace—we will help determine what should be built, what should be integrated, and what should not be over-engineered.

Two different engagements. A custom project designs and builds a system your operation does not have yet, and generally begins at $25,000 depending on roles, integrations, and regulatory surface. A Revenue Leak Audit is $2,500 flat for the first five qualified businesses, applies software we already own to records you agree to share, and is priced the same whatever it finds.
